Fast, easy installation

With the Vantage RCM booth, you can virtually take delivery one day and start powder coating the next. Completely pre-assembled and tested before shipment, the booth and removable filter/collector module are simply rolled off delivery truck and into position. The booth’s special transport casters are then removed and replaced with either leveling feet or optional roll-on/off casters, and the filter module is rolled into place, leveled and latched to the booth. The conveyor slot baffles are then attached, the electrical and pneumatic connections made, and you are ready for production.

Fast, easy color change

The removable rollaway filter/collector module is easily moved  off-line for convenient access and storage, while another collector is rolled into place with a different color powder.

Durable, quality construction

The Vantage RCM booth offers superior construction, stability,  fit and finish compared to competitive models. The booth  framework, fan and final filter sections, and filter/collector  module are powder coated, while the booth floor features an exceptionally sturdy plywood base covered with seamless,  high-quality galvanized steel. The booth canopy is also rugged, high-quality galvanized steel. The roof includes tempered glass panels, and comes with the framework ready to accept optional, “rated” fluorescent light fixtures. The booth canopy and roof panels are also available in optional stainless steel, polypropylene and clear Lexan® materials.

• Pump direct from module option - combined with optional pumps, supplies powder to manual guns without an external hopper.
