We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our Operational Team reporting to the Operations Leader and contribute to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Analysis:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to provide insights on customer behavior, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Monitor data quality within the NetSuite system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making across departments (e.g., sales, marketing, customer service).

System Optimization:

  • Identify trends and patterns in data to recommend improvements in customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize workflows, ensuring efficient use of the system.
  • Support system upgrades and modifications by testing and implementing new features.

Data Reporting:

  • Generate regular reports for management on key metrics such as lead conversion rates, customer segmentation, and sales funnel performance.
  • Leverage Power BI to create dynamic dashboards and interactive visualizations that allow stakeholders to explore data and identify trends.
  • Present actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand business objectives and ensure data aligns with their needs.
  • Provide training and support to users on data reporting and analysis tools.

Data Integrity & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, maintaining the security and confidentiality of data.
  • Regularly audit data to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in NetSuite or customer insights roles.
  • Strong proficiency with systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and experience with data extraction, reporting, and analytics tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with SQL and databases is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Sales & Service Technician for our Winnipeg branch. (60% sales, 40% Repairing/service). In this role, you will sell, repair, refurbish, and maintain industrial painting, powder coating, polyurea/polyurethane machines, and lubrication equipment, all while ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • To promote products and services, creating opportunities for the company.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system to manage interactions and track progress.

 Service:

  • Install and service painting and lubrication equipment.
  • Perform bench repairs and on-site installations for engineered systems.

Requirements: 

  • At least 3 years of experience with low- and high-pressure pumps, painting equipment, and lubrication equipment.
  • Ability to work in an environment where chemicals and solvents are used.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license; a driver's abstract may be required.
  • Valid passport for travel to the USA for training.
  • Ownership of hand tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English for effective customer interactions.
  • Physical capability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks throughout the workday.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed for repairs extending beyond regular business hours.

We are currently looking for a Shipper/Receiver for our Edmonton branch. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and seamless outgoing and incoming of shipments and inventory management of the warehouse area by processing all required paperwork accurately, preparing, and scheduling shipment with different carriers/couriers, sorting and distributing incoming shipments, matching product with shipping orders, retrieving goods from shelf, or holding area and preparing goods for shipment, as well as completing all needed packing slips and shipping paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outgoing Shipments and Inventory Administration: Process all required paperwork accurately. Prepare and schedule shipments with various carriers/couriers. Match products with shipping orders. Retrieve goods from
    shelves or holding areas and prepare them for shipment. Complete packing slips and shipping paperwork.
  • Incoming Shipments: Sort and distribute incoming shipments. Check and verify the accuracy of received goods. Record and report any discrepancies or damages.
  • NetSuite ERP Data Entry: Enter shipping and inventory information accurately into the NetSuite ERP system. Ensure timely recording of all relevant data. Collaborate with the ERP team to resolve any data discrepancies or issues.
  • Inventory Administration: Manage inventory in the warehouse area. Organize and maintain stock shelves. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Assist with inventory control and tracking.
  • Warehouse Operations: Maintain a clean and
    organized warehouse area. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations. Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Requirements:

  • More than (1) year of relevant experience in similar roles.
  • Proficient in using computer programs such as MS Office, internet applications, and specialized shipping software.
  • Forklift experience & training certificate and valid driver license.
  • Physical ability to move and handle equipment, tools, and materials, including lifting objects weighing up to 50lbs, climbing ladders and scaffolding, and performing physical tasks throughout the workday.
