Current Openings


We are currently looking for a dynamic and self-starting Automotive Sales Specialist for our Finishing Division. This position will focus on automotive assembly plants and tier one automotive suppliers. We require a self-driven individual who can work with minimal supervision. If you are passionate about using the latest technology to improve business practices and enjoy working with a wide variety of technical applications, we want to speak to you about becoming a member of our team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

The Automotive Sales Specialist is responsible for working with customers to identify, qualify and secure sales opportunities for our represented product lines including packaged systems; develop, nurture and maintain close working relationships with key decision-makers; apply technical knowledge and assist in preparing specifications for engineered systems and quotes; maintain an up to date knowledge of company products and services; develop new sales leads; as well as update and maintain the CRM system. 


  • College diploma in business or a related program preferred, or equivalent related work experience. 
  • 5+ years of direct work experience in Distribution Sales. 
  • Knowledge of Liquid Paint and/or Fluid Dispense Applications: Paint proportioners, Metering systems, Transfer piston/diaphragm pumps, Circulation systems, Paint applicators guns. 
  • Knowledge of Automotive Assembly Plants and applications 
  • A driver’s license and a safe driving record is required. 
  • Computers skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM software. 
  • Ability to travel throughout Ontario regularly to maintain and develop customer relationships and attend sales events or exhibits as required. 
  • Home office located in an area to well service Ontario automotive industry. (Mississauga – Cambridge (area)) 

Key Competencies: 

  • Communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Proficiency in written communication for effective correspondence with customers. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office 365 and experience in dealing with ERP systems (Like: SAP NetSuite – Oracle, among others) 
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
