We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our Operational Team reporting to the Operations Leader and contribute to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Analysis:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to provide insights on customer behavior, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness.
- Monitor data quality within the NetSuite system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making across departments (e.g., sales, marketing, customer service).
System Optimization:
- Identify trends and patterns in data to recommend improvements in customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize workflows, ensuring efficient use of the system.
- Support system upgrades and modifications by testing and implementing new features.
Data Reporting:
- Generate regular reports for management on key metrics such as lead conversion rates, customer segmentation, and sales funnel performance.
- Leverage Power BI to create dynamic dashboards and interactive visualizations that allow stakeholders to explore data and identify trends.
- Present actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand business objectives and ensure data aligns with their needs.
- Provide training and support to users on data reporting and analysis tools.
Data Integrity & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, maintaining the security and confidentiality of data.
- Regularly audit data to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in NetSuite or customer insights roles.
- Strong proficiency with systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and experience with data extraction, reporting, and analytics tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with SQL and databases is a plus.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and support teams in using data effectively.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Sales & Service Technician for our Winnipeg branch. (60% sales, 40% Repairing/service). In this role, you will sell, repair, refurbish, and maintain industrial painting, powder coating, polyurea/polyurethane machines, and lubrication equipment, all while ensuring a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- To promote products and services, creating opportunities for the company.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system to manage interactions and track progress.
- Manage a sales pipeline and track opportunities from lead generation to closing deals.
Service:
- Install and service painting and lubrication equipment.
- Perform bench repairs and on-site installations for engineered systems.
- Source and replace repair parts.
- Prepare repair estimates and handle equipment disassembly, repair, and reassembly (e.g., sprayers, pumps, valves, and control systems).
- Conduct troubleshooting, maintenance, and system commissioning.
- Generate service reports, work orders, and communicate with clients.
- Identify sales opportunities for the TSS team.
- Build strong customer relationships and advise on equipment use and new products.
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Complete documentation for product receiving, servicing, and returns.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience with low- and high-pressure pumps, painting equipment, and lubrication equipment.
- Ability to work in an environment where chemicals and solvents are used.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license; a driver's abstract may be required.
- Valid passport for travel to the USA for training.
- Ownership of hand tools.
- Strong communication skills in English for effective customer interactions.
- Physical capability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks throughout the workday.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed for repairs extending beyond regular business hours.
- Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
- Ability to locate and interpret technical service manuals in computerized databases.

We are seeking a Product Sales Specialists (PSS) to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. The PSS will play a critical role in executing on HMFT’s Pathway to Amazing Customer Experience (PACE) program by ensuring customers receive a quick turnaround on leads, quotes and troubleshooting for a variety of spray foam, protective coatings, contactor equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to determine their requirements and investigate as well as troubleshoot customer service issues.
- Respond to inquiries and provide recommendations to potential clients using in-depth knowledge of HMFT’s product lines.
- Help customers with necessary paperwork to finalize the sale
- Keep current on competitors' products for effective comparison
- Maintain and expand the company's database of customers.
- Understand and implement proper pricing policies/procedures.
- Foster and sustain positive relationships with the manufacturer's representatives.
- Establish ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.
- May perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of inside sales experience on fluid handling products. (Contractor Equipment)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, CRM, etc.).
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to make product/system selections from the 5 top product lines.
- Previous experience in spray foam, protective coatings, contactor equipment. (Ideal)

Finishing products include paint finishing equipment, powder coating equipment, sealants and adhesive equipment. The ideal candidate will be located somewhere in the Mississauga to Cambridge area.
This role will be responsible for driving growth in key and target accounts, developing client relationships, and increasing market share. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finishing systems in industrial facilities and the ability to present tailored solutions to decision-makers.

- Develop and implement business strategies to expand key and target account sales in Eastern Canada.
- Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
- Capture project requirements and document procurement cycles to drive quote preparation

- Manage sales cycles, from opportunity generation to contract negotiation.

Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in a technical discipline, or an acceptable combination of education and experience – strong technical aptitude is a requirement
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience

- This position requires travel from Canada to the USA for training. Candidates must have the ability to travel internationally with a valid passport that does not require a visa for US entry or has a valid visa to travel to USA.
