Refund policy

If a product is received damaged or incorrect, the purchaser must notify HMFT immediately to allow for corrective action. Click here or contact us. Returns are subject to prior written authorization from HMFT and may be assessed a minimum restocking fee of twenty-five percent (25%). Standard stock items may be returned without a restocking fee upon written approval.

Special or custom orders are subject to a minimum restocking fee of twenty-five percent (25%) and may incur additional fees depending on supplier terms and conditions. Certain special or custom products are non-refundable.

In cases where the error is determined to have been made by HMFT staff, a full credit will be issued without any restocking fee. To qualify for return, products must have been purchased within the current calendar year, be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original, unopened packaging.
