Nordson Encore XT Manual Powder System
The Encore Mobile Powder Spray System provides ease of mobility around the plant. It is collapsible for compact storage or transport. The Encore system ships pre-assembled so that any additional connections such as air and power are minimal.
Choose between two vibratory box feeders in either 110- or 220-volt versions, and two different stainless-steel fluidized hoppers of 11 kg (25-lb.) or 23 kg (50-lb.) capacities to best suit your specific powder coating needs. For use as a stationary system, the Encore system is available as a packaged unit of gun, controller and pump only.
The Encore Mobile Powder Spray System is virtually plug-and-play making it a snap to set-up and spray right away – for performance on demand.
ENCORE CONTROL SYSTEM
The innovative Encore control unit is unlike any other on the powder coating market today. Primary electronic and pneumatic components reside in one enclosure, and an incredibly compact operator interface panel in another.
- Large, brilliant blue LED displays and helpful lighted icon
- Buttons for parameters you want to set or adjust…LED display on button indicates parameter is selected.
- Fast-acting rotary knob for quick ‘dial-in’ to setting value.
Powerful Performance Package of Encore™ Control System:
- Select Charge® Controls – for pre-programmed electrostatic settings for recoating, metallics, or cavities.
- Classic Electrostatic Control – allows users to select between either KV or AFC mode
- Custom Electrostatic Control – allows users to adjust both KV and AFC mode independently.
- Classic Flow Control – for independent control of both flow air and atomizing air.
- Smart Flow Control – for simplified control of both flow air and atomizing air as a function of total flow.
- Digital Closed-Loop Flow Control – automatically compensates for variations in incoming air pressure by providing consistent flow air to the pump – thus eliminating variations in powder output and resulting film build.
- Preset Control – for selection of up to 20 presets including any combination of flow and electrostatic controls for precision parameter control of any powder for any part.
- Flexible Unit of Measurement – for setting flow air in either SCFM or M³/HR.
- Function Codes – allow for even more precision control of various gun, pump, and system parameters such as electrostatics, flow air, unit display, and many others.
- Self Diagnostics – in the form of help codes, the controller identifies specific parameters making troubleshooting easy and effortless.
