Using MTS screw pumps in machine tool applications where high pressure is required results in improved surface quality and reduced machining time. The MTS pump is available in various installation options, including tank top, in-tank, and dry installations, all offering a range of connection options.

Motor:
- Standard IE3 motor with direct PTC motor protection. Enclosure class IP55 as standard, with an available tropicalized variant for condensing environments.
Screw pump design:
- High efficiency from the unique three-screw pump design and fine tolerances lead to operation with reduced cooling efforts and low operational costs
Resistance to high pressure:
- The inclusion of an extra-long pressure compensation piston with a labyrinth seal, along with hydrostatic axial thrust balancing featuring special pressure-compensation bushings, enhances the pump's resilience to high pressures.
Broad range:
- A wide array of pump sizes and pitch angles cater to various flow rates, while offering options for tank top, dry, and horizontal installations.
Operation:
- Low vibration and noise levels, along with an extended lifetime, are achieved through the use of highly wear-resistant hardened rotor housings and PVD-coated spindles.
