70300 & 70600 Series Progressive Cavity Pumps
Quantity:
When faced with applications that require higher pressures, viscosities, and torque, the 70300 and 70600 models are the ideal choices. These pumps feature oversized drive ends to handle the increased demands.
In the case of the 70300 model, it utilizes the next larger drive end design while utilizing a standard 70200 element. This configuration enables the pump to handle high-pressure spraying, chemical injection into high-pressure lines, and applications involving pressures above 225 psi.
The 70600 model, on the other hand, is customized with a drive end that is twice the size of the standard design, again utilizing the standard 70200 element. This enhanced configuration provides the necessary strength to handle high-pressure applications.
Furthermore, the 70300 series offers the versatility to use the standard design, typically rated to 75 psi and 600 RPM, in applications that require the full element ratings. Standard pumps available in the 70300 series are three, four, and six-stage pumps, providing options to suit various application requirements.
