Process_Duty_Centrifugal_Pumps

When a pump goes down, the first questions are often the hardest to answer:

  • What model is it?
  • Which parts does it need?
  • Where is the manual?

Many plants end up searching for that information at the worst possible moment.

HMFT’s pump specialists will visit your facility, catalog your pumping equipment, and give you a complete record of what’s installed. With that information on hand, we can plan ahead for critical equipment and respond faster when a pump requires service.

What Your Pump Survey Includes

Our trained technicians walk your facility and document the pumps on site. From the visit, you’ll receive:

  • Equipment details: Model information, spare parts references, and brochures and I&O manuals where available.
  • Replacement planning: Early notice of obsolete or poorly supported pumps, and support choosing a replacement before a failure forces the decision.

How the Pump Survey Works

1. Request your survey

Tell us about your facility, and an HMFT representative will follow up to plan the visit.

2. Schedule your site visit

Our technicians work within your site rules and policies. Most facilities need no more than two visits, depending on equipment access and the range of pump brands involved.

3. Receive your record

We send the completed results for your files, and as you replace pumps, we update them with you so there’s no need to start over.
