The CU 352 controller provides versatile control for a wide range of pumping applications. It can handle up to six pumps and features digital and analog outputs for tailored operation. The controller offers functions like pump speed control, startup compensation, and dry run protection to ensure efficient and reliable pump operation.
Features:
- Intelligent cascade control: By incorporating the pump curve data, using advanced calculations, this controller operates very efficiently when water consumption is varying throughout the day.
- Advanced cut-in/cut-out: The advanced cut-in/cut-out is part of the MPC sequence of operation or intelligent cascade control.
- Protection of pumps and the system: Dry-run protection-inlet pressure measurement. > 15psi , Max/min pressure. Non return valve. Pressure relief control. Fault monitoring pumps external. Pump outside duty range.
- Proportional pressure: The proportional pressure function offers real constant pressure and overcomes friction losses in the pipes (Friction loss compensation).
- Soft pressure build-up: Activating the Soft pressure build up function, the MPC controller will slowly fill the pipe system until it senses a counter pressure. When the counter pressure reaches an acceptable level, the booster controller will ramp up the speed until the correct pressure is reached.
